How AI trip planning works
You tell us where you are, how long you have and who is coming. The AI builds a day plan around the weather, the clock and your pace. You get a workable itinerary in minutes, with nothing to sign up for.
This page walks through what the planner actually checks before it suggests anything, and shows a real example: planning tomorrow’s shore day from a cruise ship tonight.

A good plan fits the people on it: kids, grandparents and everyone in between.
What the plan accounts for
Before suggesting a single stop, the AI weighs six things that make or break a day out.
Weather The planner checks the forecast for your exact day. Rain in the afternoon means outdoor stops move to the morning, and an indoor option takes their place.
Time in port On a cruise day, the plan works backwards from all-aboard time. Everything fits inside your window, with a buffer to get back to the ship without rushing.
Walking pace Tell us if you walk slowly, push a stroller, or want short distances between stops. The route keeps legs short and adds places to sit down along the way.
Meal times Lunch lands when your group actually gets hungry, not wherever it happens to fit. The plan names a spot near your midday stop so nobody is wandering at noon.
Backup options Each plan includes an alternative for its weather-dependent stops. If the beach is windy or the queue is long, you already know what to do instead.
Mobility needs Step-free routes, fewer hills, places with seating and accessible toilets. Mention what matters and the plan routes around the rest.
Planning tomorrow on a cruise
Say your ship docks in a new port at 9am and leaves at 5pm. Tonight, from your cabin, you tell the planner the port, your hours ashore and who is in your group: two adults, two kids, and grandma who prefers a gentle pace.
The AI checks tomorrow’s forecast, puts the outdoor stops in the best weather window, keeps walking legs short, and schedules the return so you are back at the gangway with time to spare. The sample on the right is the kind of plan you get back.
Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. The plan is yours the moment it is generated.
Sunny morning, showers after 3pm In port 9am to 5pm
9:15am Walk the old harbour while it is cool and quiet
10:30am Beach time, calm cove ten minutes from the pier
12:30pm Lunch at a family-friendly spot with shaded seating
2:00pm Maritime museum, indoors before the showers arrive
3:45pm Back toward the ship, gelato stop on the way
4:30pm At the gangway, 30 minutes before all-aboard

Plan tonight, step ashore tomorrow with the day already sorted.
Why you do not need an account
Most planning tools make you register before they show you anything. We do it the other way around. You describe your day, you get your plan. No password, no inbox clutter, no profile to fill in.
Accounts arrive in phase 2, and they will be optional. They will let you save a plan and come back to update it later. Planning itself will stay free of sign-up walls.

Common questions
Do I need an account to plan a trip?
No. You can plan a full day right now with nothing to sign up for. Accounts are coming in phase 2 as an optional extra for saving and updating plans.
How current is the weather in my plan?
The planner uses the forecast available at the moment you generate your plan. If the forecast shifts overnight, generate the plan again in the morning. It takes a couple of minutes and costs you nothing extra.
Can I change the plan once I have it?
Yes. Tell the planner what you want different, a slower pace, more beach time, an earlier lunch, and it rebuilds the day around your change. Once phase 2 accounts arrive, you will also be able to save a plan and edit it later.
What will phase 2 accounts add?
Saving plans, returning to update them, and keeping several trips in one place. Planning without an account will keep working exactly as it does today.
